Found 10,000 Blackholes at the centre of our galaxy!

An international group of scientists from Columbia University, Harvard University and several colleges in Chile has found that the supermassive black hole at the centre of our galaxy is surrounded by about 10,000 other dark and unknown stuff!

The research paper was published last week in the Nature.

Scientists have already been theorizing the possibility of a collection of black holes at the centre of our Milky way; however we only have been abled to verify the presence of one. The supermassive one,Dubbed Sagittarius A,officially declared by NASA,which has a mass more than 40 lakh Suns.

The region around it is surrounded by huge amounts of gas and dust, which have the possibility to become a black hole.

The possible reason for the invisibility of these balckholes could be due to the presence of this Huge Sagittarius Blackhole.

The discovery was made using the twelve year data from chandra xray telescope.

The Smithsonian magazine have predicted the possibility of 10 crore black holes in milky way, which is asking for more balckholes from this expedition. A Blackhole is formed in each second, the magazine says.

Checking for the gravitational waves will be the most eminent way to detect more and more black holes in coming time.
